NordIQ Life: Yes, it’s a bit of a gamble, if you don’t want to weigh and measure everything you eat. Either you add four equal portions when you are going to eat, or you can use the eye measure and take a quarter of what you cooked and it will be just right.
If you want an exact measurement, you can weigh the finished dish and divide by four, if the recipe is for four people.
