Some get up early to have breakfast. Others prefer to snooze. But breakfast is important – especially if you want to lose weight. Here are three tasty, lean recipes.
Strawberry smoothie
1 portion, 210 kcal
- 1 dl standard milk
- Half an orange
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 dl sliced strawberries
Do this:
- Mix all ingredients and serve in a glass. Simple as heck!
Chopped eggs with smoked salmon
1 portion, 334 kcal
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 50g smoked salmon in slices
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 boiled eggs
- black pepper
Do this:
- Chop the eggs in a bowl.
- Cut the salmon into smaller pieces and mix in eggs and mayonnaise.
- Pepper and press the mixture onto lettuce leaves.
Blueberry and Cashew Symphony
1 portion, 309 kcal
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 0.5 dl natural cashew nuts
- 1.5 dl natural yogurt (3%)
Do this:
- Thaw the berries slightly and pour yogurt over them.
- Heat up a frying pan and roast the nuts for a minute or so.
- Sprinkle them over the yogurt and stir. Done!
