Ingredients
- 1 dl shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 0.5 dl diced cucumber
- 0.75 dl shrimp
- 25 grams of horseradish cheese
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
Do as follows:
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl. Heat a frying pan with butter and pour in the batter.
- Bake for a minute or until the omelette is firm. Place on a plate and add a dollop of horseradish cheese.
- Add prawns and top with cucumber and dill. Fold the omelet and serve with lemon, dill sprig and salad.
